Before long, Axel sniffs out the criminals' hideout with the help of old friend Billy Rosewood. However, there is a catch. As the investigation leads them to the bustling Wonder World theme park, all that is left to do is to convince the public and the police that the park's impeccable chief of security is the mastermind behind a sinister operation.
